In 1998, some of our Sardinian friends gave us the splendid idea of starting
a real estate office specialised in holiday renting in Sardinia.
We are far from being the leader in this field, but what we do, we do with a
lot of love and devotion. Understandable : Sardinia is our second home. 40
years ago we arrived for the first time in Sardinia. The very first
impression we had than, still not has left us.
Indeed: the pure air that we breathe there, the picturesque emerald sea, the
overwhelming mountains, the green nature with a most interesting and varied
animal life, the amazing archaeological sites, the charming people with
their special way of life, their wisdom and values, their handicrafts and
their culture.
Since then we crossed Sardinia several times from North to South and from
East to West and even the smallest and most hidden bounty beaches are no
longer a secret for us. We saw the children grow and develop. We also saw
the land itself develop.
You will have to admit that all these experiences are the essential, but
also the perfect base in order to be able to inform our guests.
All we had to do is to unconditionally accept Sardinia and its inhabitants
the way they are in order to get in return a never ending hospitality, a
varied and delicious kitchen, a living tradition, a fascinating culture, a
breathtaking nature.

Licence for tourist letting agencies
Since 2008 tourist letting agencies, established in the Flemish Region, are
required to possess a licence. Licence holders must, amongst other things,
possess the necessary professional knowledge, sufficient financial means, a
guarantee, civil liability insurance and insurance against possible
bankruptcy. As a result, the licence contributes to greater consumer
protection. The identification code and licence number show that the
tourist letting agency in question possesses the required licence from
